"As far as getting into communication with them anyway that doesn't include walking in you can forget it, they don't answer phones, they don't respond their texts, horrible communication if you don't walk in. I switched from the Waukegan location to this one so it could be closer to home, that location answered their phones and texts. This location needs to do the same."
